The pool was nice albeit a bit smallish.

The breakfast was in filthy chaos, leading us to go eat elsewhere.

Nothing. We asked the mamnager to refund our money shortly after arriving because we did not want to stay here and he refused a refund.

Manager refused to return our money in full less than a hald hour of arriving. There was mold in the bathroom and the whole buikding stunk of smoke,

Stayed for 1 night, and was shocked when I returned to my room only to find it hadn't been cleaned, despite my requests! There were stains on the bedspread, completely unacceptable. I almost wrote a good review, but my lack of special treatment woudl ve been too much to ignore.

At night rooms are too noisy with water running water when showering and toillets being flashed, people's foot steps upstairs directly above our room.

The room was filthy The toilet seat was broken right off the toilet When we complained about it the staff didn't understand interest They still charged us full price for the room although we had to use the restroom. At a local service station the food was not good and I became ill and suffered from vomiting Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Upon arrival, the room was not ready, frustrating. The bathroom cleanliness was unacceptable, with dried urine and hair present. My requests for housekeeping were ignored, leading to an overall disappointment .

Sincerely, it was a good stay for what we wanted somewhere to sleep for the night on our road trip. Handy location, it was very close to a memorial, a restaurant that serves Mexican and Chinese and the courthouse.

There was a casino a short walk from the hotel. Had a good pool.

The check-in was breezy, thanks to the cheerful front desk staff. Rooms were tidy and well-equipped, with great WiFi. Breakfast was decent, just like the city view from my spacious double room. Although limited options nearby pressured my meal plans, the overall experience was surprisingly good!

It was just a solid selection for a little getaway in Okanogan with attractive and competitive value for money. The laundry machines were cheap, convenient after a long trip. Pack some snacks if you like to nibble in your room.

We were passing thru and the hotel was conviently located.

The hotel needs to be updated. The breakfast was very limited

The staff were excellent and attentive The breakfast was appreciated as the hotel is fairly isolated. The restaurant is only open on weekends and the closest meal is at the Casino which although good is basically a cafeteria. We were on a motorcycle and did not want to gear up and drive into the nearest town. We prefer finding accommodations that have a restaurant on site. We were not aware of the restaurant limited hours
